PENDAFTARAN MAHASISWA BARU AKADEMI PARIWISATA (AKPAR) DENPASAR

TAHUN AKADEMIK 2018/2019

Pendahuluan
Akademi Pariwisata Denpasar merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi vokasional yang telah terbukti mampu melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Para Alumni telah tersebar di berbagai industri pariwisata dan lembaga pemerintahan. Tahun Akademik 2018/2019, Akademi Pariwisata Denpasar kembali menerima pendaftaran mahasiswa baru. Berikut adalah beberapa informasi penting untuk pendaftaran mahasiswa baru online. Jika ada perubahan mengenai jadwal ataupun biaya perkuliahan, akan disampaikan pada halaman ini.

Biaya Perkuliahan
Anggaran biaya perkuliahan Tahun Angkatan 2018 belum disahkan. Silahkan gunakan biaya perkuliahan Angkatan 2017 berikut sebagai perbandingan. Meskipun ada kenaikan biaya, biasanya tidak melebihi 10%, karena menyesuaikan dengan inflasi.

Biaya Kuliah Semester I:
D3 Usaha Perjalanan Wisata Rp. 9,555,000.-
D3 Perhotelan: Rp. 9,445,000.-
D2 Perhotelan: Rp. 9,995,000.-
Biaya bisa dicicil 3 kali selama semester I
Termasuk seragam, iuran, uang gedung, praktikum, kursus Bahasa Inggris, dll
Tidak termasuk Biaya Ujian Akhir Semester (Rp. 350,000.-/semester)

Perkiraan Biaya Semester selanjutnya:
Tergantung SKS, di bawah Rp. 4.000.000/semester
Semester akhir ditambah biaya wisuda dan praskripsi.

Pendaftaran dibagi menjadi 3 tahap:
  1. Gelombang 1: sekarang - 18 Mei 2018           |  Tes Online 18 Mei 2018 09.00 wita - Selesai
  2. Gelombang 2: 18 Mei - 6 Agustus 2018         |  Tes Online 6 Agustus 2018 09.00 wita - Selesai
  3. Gelombang 3: 6 Agustus - 24 Agustus 2018  |  Tes Online 24 Agustus 2018 09.00 wita - Selesai

  • Gelombang 2 dan 3 akan ditutup tiap saat jika kuota tiap program studi telah terpenuhi. 
Tahap Pendaftaran
Pendaftaran singkat ini bisa diselesaikan kurang dari 5 menit.

  2. Lengkapi blanko pendaftaran
  3. Jangan lupa isi kode snaphost (pengaman)
  4. Klik DAFTAR SEKARANG
  5. Pendaftaran Selesai, kemudian Anda akan diberikan nomor pendaftaran melalui email (BUKTI PENDAFTARAN). Tunggu maksimal 3 hari kerja, kami akan mengirimkan bukti pendaftaran dalam bentuk pdf.
  6. Pembayaran biaya pendaftaran sebesar IDR 200.000,- (dua ratus ribu rupiah) ke bank atau datang langsung ke Akpar Denpasar. Saat membayar langsung di Akpar Denpasar, anda akan diberikan kuitansi (BUKTI PEMBAYARAN). Jika Anda membayar via bank transfer / ATM, Anda akan mendapatkan bukti transfer / slip. Silahkan kirim copy slip pembayaran tersebut via email / WA, kemudian simpan slip pembayaran tersebut sebagai bukti pembayaran.
7. Simpan bukti pembayaran dan bukti (nomor) pendaftaran untuk digunakan:
    • ditunjukkan saat tes wawancara (jika ikut tes wawancara / offline)
    • sebagai pelengkap administrasi pendaftaran kembali setelah dinyatakan lulus.

    BEASISWA BIDIK MISI

    Jika Anda berminat mendapatkan beasiswa bidikmisi, maka Anda harus mendaftar juga di website Dikti disini. Jadi ada dua pendaftaran: mendaftar Online Akpar Denpasar dan Online Bidikmisi. Syarat pendaftaran bidik misi bisa dilihat di link Dikti. Untuk mendapatkan beasiswa bidikmisi, perlu diperhatikan:
    1. Calon mahasiswa harus mendaftar di Dikti
    2. Calon mahasiswa harus mendaftar di Akpar Denpasar (boleh online / offline)
    3. Calon mahasiswa lulus tes penerimaan mahasiswa baru (boleh online / offline)
    4. Jumlah mahasiswa penerima beasiswa Bidikmisi disesuaikan dengan jatah dari pemerintah
    5. Jika calon mahasiswa yang mengajukan bidikmsi melebihi kuota / jatah dari pemerintah, maka Akademi Pariwisata Denpasar berhak menentukan nama penerima Bidikmisi, sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan.
    6. Saat mendaftar di Dikti, INGAT UNTUK MEMILIH kampus Akademi Pariwisata (Akpar) Denpasar.

    Sistem Pembayaran Biaya Pendaftaran
    1. Biaya pendaftaran sebesar IDR 200.000 (dua ratus ribu rupiah).
    2. Pilihan Pembayaran bisa dilakukan dengan: 
      • Transfer bank / ATM / internet banking / mobile banking
      • Datang langsung ke kampus Akpar Denpasar.
    3. Nomor rekening bank untuk pembayaran administrasi pendaftaran online: Bank: BRI | Nama Rekening: Akademi Pariwisata Denpasar | Nomor Rekening: 001701001430302 | Alamat Bank / Cabang: Dauh Puri Kaja, Denpasar, Bali
    4. Jika Anda memilih pembayaran dengan transfer / ATM, silahkan mengirimkan bukti / slip pembayaran via email atau WA.
    5. Biaya perkuliahan mulai dibayarkan atau diangsur setelah dinyatakan lulus. Semua bentuk pembayaran perkuliahan (kecuali biaya pendaftaran) dilakukan di kampus Akademi Pariwisata Denpasar
    Tes Masuk Online
    • Bentuk Tes : Tulis
    • Tempat: Pilih sesuka Anda, yang penting ada koneksi internet
    • Persiapan: 
      • Laptop atau PC atau Smartphone yang terkoneksi dengan internet
      • Alamat email yang masih aktif (link tes akan dikirim ke alamat email tersebut). Disarankan alamat email di Gmail.
      • Pakaian: Tidak ditentukan
    • Materi Tes  : Bahasa Inggris dan Pengetahuan Pariwisata Secara Umum
    • Pengumuman: Hasil tes online akan umumkan melalui website www.akpardenpasar.com dan email kepada yang bersangkutan pada siang hari setelah tes.
    • Hanya peserta yang telah membayar biaya pendaftaran yang akan diberikan mengikuti tes masuk online.
    Tes Masuk Offline
    • Bentuk Tes: Wawancara
    • Tempat: Kampus Akpar Denpasar
    • Persiapan: 
      • Alat Tulis
      • Pakaian: Baju putih, Celana Panjang / Rok Hitam, Sepatu Pantofel (warna hitam atau gelap)
    • Materi Tes : Bahasa Inggris dan Pengetahuan Pariwisata Secara Umum
    • Pengumuman: Hasil tes offline akan umumkan langsung pada siang hari setelah tes.
    PENDAFTARAN KEMBALI

    Setelah Anda dinyatakan lulus, maka calon mahasiswa harus mendaftar kembali. Syarat mendaftar kembali:
    1. Bukti Pembayaran Pendaftaran (kwitansi atau slip transfer)
    2. Bukti Pendaftaran (Nomor Pendaftaran)
    3. Copy Ijazah 1 lembar (bisa menyusul jika belum ada)
    4. Copy NUAN / NEM (bisa menyusul jika belum ada)
    5. Surat Keterangan Lulus atau SKTL (bisa menyusul jika belum ada)
    6. Passfoto 3 x 4 dan 4 x 6 mamsing-masing 4 lembar
    7. Membayar uang kuliah semester 1 (bisa penuh atau angsuran, nanti akan dicantumkan pada surat pengumuman kelulusan.
